Return Policy
We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our holistic beauty products. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund window, which means you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure it has not been worn or altered, and include the original tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.
How to Request a Refund: To begin the refund process, please reach out to us at amanda@hlcoachinggroup.com. Refunds are processed after the 30-day window has passed, as long as the product meets the above eligibility requirements.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in excellent condition. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable Items: Due to the nature of some products, we cannot accept refunds on certain items, including:

Sale Items & Gift Cards: Please note that we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: For a quick and seamless experience, we recommend returning your item and making a separate purchase for the item you'd prefer. This will ensure you get what you want as swiftly as possible.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your item for any reason, without providing justification, within 14 days of receiving your order. As with all returns, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once we’ve received your returned item and it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the item, as long as the return is approved. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
